Prices are as listed and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. We accept major credit cards and other methods via secure processors. Payment is due at purchase, and orders are binding once confirmed. Errors in pricing may be corrected, and we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for equipment, with lead times of 7–15 days and arrival in 45–90 days. Delays due to customs or other factors are not our liability, though we will communicate updates. Shipping costs are weight-based and non-refundable. Delivery is curbside, and you must be present to receive goods.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days for defective products only, subject to inspection. Non-defective items are non-returnable due to the custom nature. Refunds exclude shipping and are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Services are non-refundable once commenced.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified (e.g., 5 years on core components). We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Services are performed with care, but results depend on site conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
MD Terrain Solutions is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our products or services, limited to the purchase price. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages beyond our control, such as shipping issues.

Refund and Return Policy for MD Terrain Solutions

At MD Terrain Solutions, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our equipment and attachments. Please review our refund and return policy below, which applies to all purchases made through our website or Amazon store.
• Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective products only, subject to inspection. Non-defective items are non-returnable due to their custom nature. Returns between 31 and 90 days require a 10% restocking fee plus any merchant service refund fees. No returns will be accepted after 120 days.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us using the contact form with your order number, reason, and supporting evidence. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, including shipping and insurance. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fees, processing fees, and shipping costs. Defective items may qualify for replacement at our discretion.
